This allergy label pack includes two sets of stick-on labels – they can be used to clearly indicate any of your child’s allergies and can be stuck to a variety of items including bags and lunchboxes. They are also dishwasher safe.

Pack Includes –

Allergy Label 1 – 20 stick-on labels 20mm x 60mm. Includes childs name, allergy type printed and optional allergy type image. Choose either white or black text on red label.

Allergy Label 2 – 20 stick-on labels 40mm x 40mm. Includes childs name, allergy type printed, optional allergy type image, contact name, contact number and relationship to child i.e. parent/guardian etc. Choose either white or black text on red label.

Insert the name on one line you want on both sets of labels

Select the text style of both sets of labels.

Select the picture you want on the label

Select the type of allergy your child has.

Add a contact name

Add a contact phone number

Add the contacts relationship to the child
